Napoleon Hill was raised through poverty in a single-room cabin along Pound River in Wise County, Virginia. His mother died while he was 10 years of age, and his father remarried two years later.

He started his writing profession at 13 years of age as a “mountain reporter” for minor town newspapers and developed to become America’s most adored motivational author.

Napoleon turned out to be an advice-giver to Andrew Carnegie, and by Carnegie’s aid he designed a success philosophy, sketching on the experience and thoughts of numerous rags to riches magnates.
